Every trip, crew member, and gallon on one panel.
GoFBO runs the day-to-day of a Part 91 flight department: scheduling, crew requests by text, fuel planning, briefings, flight logs and costs. Built and flown by working pilots in Boise.
No credit card. Bring your existing flight log.
Your operation shouldn't live in a group text.
is a spreadsheet only one person can edit, and it's out of date by lunch.
are somewhere in a text thread, between a fuel price and a dinner plan.
means a weekend with receipts from the glovebox and three different logbooks.
GoFBO replaces the spreadsheet, the thread and the shoebox with one place the whole team can see, from the scheduler's desk to the captain's phone.
Follow one trip from request to recap.
About thirty seconds. Use the steps to jump ahead.
An owner asks for a trip. It lands on the schedule, pale until it's crewed and confirmed.
In the order you actually fly it.
Plan
Owners request trips from their phone. Schedulers see every aircraft, crew day off and maintenance block on one calendar, and conflicts are flagged before they turn into phone calls.
Crew
Ask crew by seniority, rotation, or first available. They answer YES or NO by text or email, and if someone declines, the next person is asked automatically.
Brief
METARs, TAFs, NOTAMs, the runway in use and the approach to expect, a risk assessment for every trip, and a fuel plan that finds where to tanker.
Fly
Trip sheets reach the crew before departure: legs, FBO phone numbers, fuel orders, passengers and the briefing, on whatever phone they carry.
Close out
Log Hobbs, fuel and cycles leg by leg. Receipts are read from a photo and matched to the card statement, then roll into trip costs, contractor invoices and the owner's recap.
Crew answer with one word.
Trip requests go out by text or email, the way each person prefers. A reply of YES confirms the trip; NO moves on to the next person in line, by seniority, rotation or whoever answers first. Nobody has to install an app, and every message is logged.
- Quiet hours and reply windows, so no one gets a 2 a.m. request
- Trip sheets with FBO contacts and fuel orders before departure
- Use your own Twilio account, or ours, billed with your plan
The fuel plan pays for itself.
Enter each leg's burn and max departure fuel from your flight planner, and the price at each FBO. GoFBO compares tankering, refueling at every stop, and every mix in between, including ramp fees and the gallons that waive them, and tells you what to order where.
One trip like that covers 3 months of our most chosen plan for that aircraft.

Briefed before engine start. Closed out before the hangar door shuts.
Each airport on the trip gets its weather, flight category, FAA delays, runway in use and the approach to expect, with charts one tap away. After the flight, logging takes a minute a leg, and the aircraft's Hobbs, tach and cycles keep themselves current for maintenance tracking.
- Maintenance due by hours, cycles or date, with a CAMP import
- Receipts read from a photo, matched to the card statement
- A year-in-review flight recap your owner will actually open
Who it's for.
Flight departments
One to a few dozen aircraft, a scheduler, full-time and contract crew, and owners who want to know where their airplane is and what it costs.
Partnerships
Shared aircraft with fair-use scheduling, cost sharing for wet and dry hours plus dues, monthly statements, and squawks everyone can see.
Flight schools
Student and instructor scheduling, Hobbs-based rental billing, training records, endorsements and stage checks. Join early and help shape it.
Built by the people who fly it.
GoFBO started as the tool our own flight department needed at Idaho Aviators in Boise. Every screen gets used on real trips, by real crews, before anyone else sees it. When something takes three taps on the ramp and could take one, we fix it.
Simple pricing, per aircraft.
Every plan includes trips, the calendar, aircraft, crew, time off, squawks and flight logs. Add an aircraft, add a seat; remove one, pay less.

Questions pilots ask us.
How does the free trial work?
Sign up and you have 30 days with everything in the plan you chose. No credit card. We'll get in touch before the trial ends to see how it's going.
Can we bring our existing records?
Yes. Import past trips from your Excel flight log: legs, Hobbs, fuel, cycles, crew and passengers come in as completed trips, and the aircraft's counters update.
Do crew need an account to answer trip requests?
No. Requests arrive by text or email, and they answer with a reply or a link. An account lets them see the schedule, their trips and their documents.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes, in the phone's web browser, light or dark. Trip requests and trip sheets arrive as texts or emails.
Is it for Part 135?
GoFBO is built for Part 91 operations. It tracks training items such as 135.293, 135.297 and 135.299 checks, but it isn't an approved Part 135 system.
What do text messages cost?
Email is included. Text messages are optional: connect your own Twilio account and pay Twilio directly, or use ours and see the cost on your monthly bill.
